Returns Policy

Infinite Beads aims to provide high quality Goods that we are sure you will love. However for Returns information please see below.
Returns are governed by the following terms and conditions. 

 

For all Returns please read this and the applicable section below. 


(1) All returns must be approved first by sending us an email at admin@infinitebeads.net with your original order number, name, address and reason for return. This information must also accompany your return in the package. You must wait for approval before sending your return to us. The returns process may be prolonged if you do not provide the above information by email and along with your return. For all Returns, the purchaser must inform us that they would like to Return their goods within 30 days of the original order date. The purchaser then has a further 30 days from the date that they informed us of the Return for us to receive the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your original order date and you have not informed us of a Return or if 30 days have gone by and we have not received your return unfortunately we cannot offer you a solution. To be eligible for Return the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging and contain all parts. Any free gifts that have been included with your order must also be returned to us. We do not accept any liability for returns sent to us, this is the sender’s responsibility. We suggest that the goods are packaged well to avoid any damage whilst posting back to us. We also recommend sending the goods back using a confirmed service. 

You will only receive our Returns address once your Return has been approved via email. 

(1.1)  If you receive goods that do not match those that were ordered


We are sorry. Please follow (1) to arrange a return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, we will then send out the correct goods to the original postage address. Infinite Beads will cover the cost of shipping the correct goods to you. If the goods are no longer available a replacement will be offered or a refund will be processed. Where an error was made by us we will reimburse any return shipping charges up to the value of £2.30, please see (1.6).

(1.2) If you receive goods that have a fault


We are sorry. Please follow (1). Please note that as we cannot guarantee the lifespan of any of our items we will not accept returns after the goods have been used. If we deem the goods to be faulty upon our receivership, we will then send out replacement goods to the original postage address. If the goods are no longer available a refund may be processed to the original payment method. If we do not deem the goods to be faulty we will not be able to send them back to you. Please note for faulty items a refund will not be processed unless the replacement item is out of stock. Where an error was made by us or the goods are deemed faulty we will reimburse any return shipping charges up to the value of £2.30, please see (1.6).

(1.3) If the goods are no longer required, or if you have made an incorrect order


Please follow (1). The purchaser is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us. If you wish to exchange the goods there will be a fee of getting the new goods to you. These costs will be confirmed via email and start from £0.90. Any monies due for postage must be paid before any new goods will be despatched. If there is an increase in price from the original goods to the requested new goods then the purchaser is liable to pay any extra monies due before any new goods will be sent. If there is a decrease in price from the original goods to the new goods then Infinite Beads will refund the difference to the original payment method. The new goods will then be despatched to the original postage address. 

(1.4) If the goods have not arrived


Infinite Beads will not investigate any ‘loss’ or ‘delay’ of goods claims until at least 30 working days have gone by since the goods were despatched. If our investigations show that the address was not provided to us fully or correctly then we reserve the right to cancel your claim. If our investigations show that the goods were ‘lost’ in transit then replacement goods will be sent out to you. Under no circumstances will ‘lost’ goods be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for 'lost' orders that have been sent to a different address other than your own living address. For non receipt of goods claims, we Infinite Beads must be notified within 30 days from the shipment email date that the goods have not been received. If 30 days have passed we will not be able to investigate the purchasers claim of non receipt. For claims of 'loss', the purchasers details will be passed on to the postal services with the statement of non receipt. These details will be held with the address and may be passed on to the authorities if there is belief that a claim is fraudulent. We reserve the right to pass on the purchasers details if a claim is necessary. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after a claim for non receipt has been made. 

(1.5) Refunds


Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the product back to us however at peak times this may differ. Timings for a refund to credit to your account depend on your bank and Infinite Beads will not be accountable for any delays. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.There is often some processing time before a refund is received. Please allow up to 10 days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@infinitebeads.net with your original order number, name and address. 

(1.6) Reimbursement shipping charges


If you are returning goods as they were sent to you in error on our part or if we deem goods to be faulty then we will be happy, to reimburse the return shipping cost incurred in sending the goods back to us. This reimbursement can only be paid to the original payment method, once we have confirmed receipt of the goods and can confirm that they are either in the original and re-saleable condition or are deemed to be faulty. A clear photograph of the Return postage receipt must be sent to us via email at admin@infinitebeads.net. The only reimbursement prices that will be paid are as follows; £2.30 for items 100g-250g or £1.85 for items under 100g. This is the cost of a 'confirmed' service for your peace of mind.

Infinite Beads reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
